  2. Be sure to upload images or pictures of the following:
    • Installer Invoice for CV-Bond Application
    • Payment Receipt for CV-Bond Application
    • A picture of entire vehicle windscreen
    • A picture of the Door Jamb Sticker with the Vehicle Data Sticker next to it (See sample image below)
